CHESTNUT CENTER FOR THE ARTS
208 S. CHESTNUT AVE.
MARSHFIELD, WI 54449

From Hwy 13 North (from Spencer):

After going under the RR bridge by the traffic lights at the corner of Oak-St.Joseph, you will approach downtown Marshfield. Turn right (south) at the next lights, which is Chestnut Avenue. Proceed two blocks to the corner of 3rd Street. Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts is the old church building on your right; enter the building on the 3rd Street side.

From Hwy 97 North (from Stratford):

As it enters Marshfield, Hwy 97 becomes Central Avenue, Marshfield’s v-e-r-y long main street. Continue south on Central, past all the big-box stores and fast-food outlets. Stay on Central when 97 ends. When you cross the RR tracks, you have entered our historic downtown area. Go two blocks and turn right on 3rd Street. Go one block to the corner of Chestnut Avenue. Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts is the old church building on corner; enter the building on the 3rd Street side.

From Hwy 10 East (from Stevens Point):

Watch for the new Hwy 13 routing, which comes about 2 miles sooner than it used to! Take the new Hwy 13 North (also called Veterans Parkway.) It cuts diagonally into town along a RR right-of-way, so I won’t confuse you with compass directions. Entering our historic downtown, you will have traffic lights at Maple Ave., Central Ave. and Chestnut Ave. Turn left at Chestnut Avenue. Proceed two blocks to the corner of 3rd Street. Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts is the old church building on your right; enter the building on the 3rd Street side.

From Hwy 13 South (from Wisconsin Rapids):

Coming up Hwy 13 from Wisconsin Rapids, it is easiest to use the old routing of Hwy 13, which is now called Business Hwy 13 North. It takes you past Figi’s and the airport. Simply keep heading north into our downtown. You’re now on Central Avenue, our main street. The seven-story City Hall building is at 7th St. across from Pick’N’Save supermarket. Go 4 more blocks north on Central and turn left (west) on 3rd St. Go one block to the corner of Chestnut Avenue. Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts is the old church building on corner; enter the building on the 3rd Street side.
